…what would you change and you can change only 1 thing.
- I would remove body blocking so players can run through other players and run through mobs/npcs. It would make running group content more enjoyable.

I think id change it so you could combo some weapons.
Staffs and 1 handers
all one handers being able to be used with each other of another of their kind for duel wielding.
and when doing it yous be able to only select 3 abilitys from the weapon trees as normal however the passives from both weapons would applie.
yeah id do that 
hire a lot of QA engineers and require all employees on the team to play NW 1/5 work days

I would remove the person most responsible for all of the bad decision making after launch in the hopes that someone competent could be out in charge going forward.

I would get rid of the Forum…
The forum should be a good place where people can come together and enjoy a lively discussion about New World…
Instead, it has become a place where you can bully, tear down and harm other people on the forum… Including all the bashing of AGS…
So taking down the forum would probably be a plus for AGS as there probably wouldn’t be as much vitriol about the game.

-Quicker bug fixes so that when I try to hand in 2 faction quests I am not left with two completed quests that won’t hand in… then to find out this is a but since at least November 15th and there was never a reply and the post gets shut down (not my post).
Why bother when the developers are not fussed? Yes, that is exactly how Amazon work.

The “situation” you speak of is not from one direction, it is individuals. You ignore said individuals.
To “suggest” shutting down forums because people are critical of the game (we ignore silly individuals that are trolling, because we are not silly ourselves) is trying to brand those critical as “bad people”… so yes, you are passively “bullying” others.
Ignore the obvious trolls, let people actually discuss issues they might face. Heck, make posts about what is positive too if you feel like it.
From what I have seen there have been some “nasty attacks” on those trying to voice concerns, probably by just trolls, and you appear to not want to allow for negative comments about the game.
If you put your head above the parapet then you will get some flak, how you handle it is more important. So “Shut down the forum” is a win for the trolls. “Bullying” works in many ways, and shutting down the ability to discuss is a way of “bullying” players into accepting a third rate game with some really nice polish.

I would announce that the entire game is going offline for a period of 6 months to 1 year for a complete overhaul with bi-weekly updates provided to the community. All players that have already purchased the game that log in within the first 30 days the game goes live again and play for at least 30 hours within a month would receive a unique gift that will never be offered in the game again.
… I do not think you understand people. I also do not think you understand gaming forums. This forum is no different than any other forum I have seen in a decade or more.

As the forum stands right now… It is full of trolling and bullying… this isn’t good and AGS needs to stop it somehow.
Some of the comments can be devastating to the people they are bullying…

Dungeons free to enter but locked to 3 a day per character. When mutations hit same 3 a day per mutation and max 10 “completions” a week to prevent over farming.
It wasn’t an attack so I will not take you seriously.
But yes, moderation of this forum appears horrendous in many aspects.
I’ve explained, you obviously have severe hangups and I can’t do much about that. If you consider this bullying then I don’t think anyone can help you.
Actual “nasty” intent or “trolly” people can just be ignored. Or you can shut down the forum… whichever you think is more reasonable…

I would eliminate open world PvP except duels and create a lot more instantiated PvP options.
I think that would lower the toxicity quite a bit.
