- Describe the issue you are experiencing:
- If u have a Runeglass in your IG, Punishing Storm Point does not activate for some reason.
- Ultimate Chill is increasing the dmg by only 10% if you’re around 300 Int. The less Int u have however then it will improve even more (I think it changes to 17% increase at 150 Int
- Ultimate Chill is also removed when weapon swapping
