- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Ignited/Arboreal Runeglass apply Burn and Poison respectively, but this Burn or Poison is not increased by perks that increase Burn or Poison specifically.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use Ring Duration Increasing perk and 250 INT perk, and you should get a extra second on the Burn/Poison, but you do not.
