To further investigate and keep your personal information safe, please escalate your request using the web ticket option (Please include the logs in the ticket):
After you open this link follow this path:
- Select In-game Issues:
- Select Something Else’s option:
- Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:
To find the logs:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
