I'm new member of New World family but i didn't recieve my free transfer token

I started the game in November. But i didn’t recieve free transfer token. My friends told me they all have free transfer token when they started. Could you please explain why i don’t have it?

I’m sorry but unfortunately server transfers tokens are currently disabled for new players, you can find more about it here.
