Not sure if it can help but, as a workaround whoever is facing that issue (immobilized - not underwater because someone needs to revive you) can try this: New world Immobilized bug workaround - YouTube
For those that are not immobilized under water can easily be picked up and proceed to the solution with a arena attempt but as for us that are stuck under water, we have to sit there until AGS relocate our body to a settlement or fixes the bug ;c.

It’s been 5 days now of being unable to play please help! The same issue as everyone else im underwater so nobody can revive me if I was not underwater I could have my buddies revive me allowing me to at least play around this bug. Please help!
