What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Attempted the arena in Edengrove, wiped, hour later noticed my character was unable to fully die.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Immobilized bug - When I die I can’t respawn. The only way to respawn is to ask someone to pick me up BUT Im under the water and noone can help me. PLEASE TELEPORT ME TO THE TOWN PLEASEEEEEE

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go to the arena and die then you may have this bug, the only way to solve it is to do it again but I cant do it again cuz I cant respawn.
This works even if you’re in water. Make another character and die by the mobs in the tutorial, go back to your character and you will be standing alive.
Thank you, we’re aware of the issue and are looking into it. The only fix that we are aware of at this time is to re-do the area and die again, but we realize that’s not a sustainable fix. We are both investigating the root of this bug and how we can potentially troubleshoot until the bug is fixed. Thanks for your patience, we know how debilitating this bug is.
I ain’t gon lie this game is not even near ready, I will just find a way to make a refund. Like are you serious you’re telling me we have to get again in the arena, do you even know how hard it is to get the orb to get in??!!!
THIS BUG IS PREVENTING US FROM PLAYING THE GAME.
you guys are giving me the impression like you’re a small studio or something, it’s been days since this was reported yet and you can’t do anything about it not even fix the issue for the affected characters you just like find your own workaround cause we don’t know.
I don’t mean to be disrespectful or something this is just my honest opinion and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels that way.
Been stuck here for a day now and had 17 people on the server try to kill and revive me and nothing works! Amazon told me pretty much that there is no fix and im out of luck in a nice way. I dont understand why they cant just move me in bounds or just put me back at my house or settlement. Why is there a unstack button when it doesn’t even work for situations like this. I have 300 hours almost on this game and to throw it all away cause i can’t use unstuck is crazy. There was a reply from amazon i wont put in here but long story short they told me to go play another game and pray that dev team will make a fix withing next couple of weeks to months.
Im beyond myself that this is the response i got and that the game doesn’t support GM abilities for them to fix stuff like this. "Amazon rep said the game doesn’t have GM abilities. Someone from dev team can you please just move me to my settlement or even in bounds so people can get me. This happen because of being flagged pvp and got chased into the water and downed at the same time game teleported me once i was down from in bounds to out bounds.
I have the same issue, I died on location where that no one can revive me. now I can’t play the game. I had the issue from a week. since then, I opened 4 support cases end up with 2 Ticket. it is very sad that how little attention we are getting from the developers. how they are extremely slow on fixing this issue specially on something like this where it is completely prevent people from playing.
This is not a normal issue. this kind of issue NO ONE should experience on paid game, and if it happen there should be reimbursement.
Just quit the game as I did, this game is not ready and I guess it will never be.
Come back when it’s playable, but now the game is a joke. The support can’t even help us what a freaking joke.
