Just quit the game as I did, this game is not ready and I guess it will never be.
Come back when it’s playable, but now the game is a joke. The support can’t even help us what a freaking joke.
How to self-fix this bug:
First you must get picked up by someone, anyone - or you will never be able to respawn.
Then, you craft another orb to go into the Zygoramet arena quest. Enter solo or enter in a group and leave the group.
Either
- Die solo
- Defeat Zygoramet
- Wait out the 15 minute timer without dying to Zygoramet.
If you die inside in a party and get teleported out you WILL be immobilized.
if you die on place that no one can revive you. you are done. that the case with me.
this is the worst experience for me on video game. we started with broken game and stupid 8 hours queue. now we got this. 
and even more we don’t see any appropriate response.
By any chance, have you tried having someone else inviting you to a party and joining an expedition from afar pressing F1?
You basically just can’t play the game you paid for. What a game man, honestly I didn’t expect that from amazon. This game is absolute garbage I ain’t gon lie.

I get what you’re saying but do you know how hard it is to craft that orb? just because they’re lazy to fix or find a way to respawn us. It’s my first time seeing ppl complaining about a bug that makes the game unplayable (you literally can’t play and I mean it man) for them and the support just goes ah we can’t fix that you gotta find your own workaround. Basically, we are paying for a piece of garbage code that they can’t maintain.
I already gave up and gonna get myself a refund as I stopped playing for 5 days because of this and they don’t reply because they lazy or whatever. rip my steam account

I guess that’s what they meant by a new world…u pay them but they don’t care …LITERALLY THE PERFECT NAME. It’s sad because the gameplay is unlike any other modern MMO and it gave us hope that this game is going to be different, but good job new world you didn’t disappoint but actually, you brought something new where you can’t even play the game and the support is telling you to find your own fix or whatever.
Remember how they gave a free waiting animation because of the long queue? I guess that’s how they’re going to compensate us for this bug, but remember that is IF they address it which is very stupid of me to assume when seeing the number of complaints they ignore.
Are we really asking to let us play the game we paid for? Lower your expectations guys you asking for too much.
Invulnerable is not the same as Immobilized.
It’s likely they are talking about the invulnerability exploit players are using to win Wars and other PvE content. NOT players who are unable to revive.
I sent a ticket to Amazon regarding this bug and the response I got was totally unacceptable:
This was AFTER the customer service rep asked me to provide screenshots I had already provided and a DxDiag that is totally irrelevant to this bug.
They are ACTUALLY outsourcing their customer support responses to people that have nothing to do with the game studio. Unbelievable…

Thats what i’m saying man, just get a refund if you can bro I think you can always chargeback with Paypal that is if you don’t care about your steam account getting an alert. They just don’t care as long as their moneys right.
Look how many bugs the has. The game is literally a piece of garbage that is going to fall apart soon. Did I really pay 40 USD for this? I could’ve played Black Desert or any other MMO and it would have been a totally better experience. The response you got from the customer support reflects the quality of the game and how they treat their “customers”. What a shame man.

If I die in a desolated zone I have to pay around 500gold for someone to come and res me, this is totally absurd and unacceptable. So many time lost IMMOBILIZED when finally!! portals and OPR is working. It’s been almost a week with this bug.

So, did Laz last night and ended up dying to the boss. The boss wasn’t resetting so my party and I jumped into the water to see if the boss would reset. It was then my character was glitched into the water and I was unable to kill myself/respawn. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting, I ended up shutting down my game and getting off for the evening. Hoping that when I logged on the next day I would be able to be rez’d outside and go back to smashing Purples like the yellow dressin, God blessin, Covenant character I am.
Unfortunately, I was met with this same irritating, and honestly soul draining, bug that everyone else here has been face to face with. I understand there are bugs and this is still a fresh game, but like I said, this is soul draining boys and girls. Especially if some of us haven’t seen the sun like I have (380 hours on record, between 2 characters on two servers). I’ve done the monkey dance that was the Azoth Staff quest twice now and I ain’t going back for a third. AGS I cordially invite y’all to go through the 5 stages of grief that I, and all of these probably wonderful people have had to go through. We all paid 40 dollars for a game that you all said, would be a triple A title and overall new experience. I’ve enjoyed my 380 hours, the new friends I’ve made along the way to 60, and the happiness I get from undercutting people on the Trading Post. Although, I’m highly disappointed that something like this exists, and it’s in multiple different spots, for multiple different mobs, areas, etc.
I’m hoping this will be addressed in the next patch, but I’m doubtful now. Some people haven’t even been moved in a month’s time. I know Rome wasn’t built in a day, but I also know it probably doesn’t take much to make the “unstuck” feature do a little bit more. At the end of the day I had nothing better to do, but to make this review and kind of have fun with it in the process. I hope some can read my story and laugh. AGS I hope y’all can get your act together on this, because as of right now; y’all are lackin big time.
