|| important || a member of my company has been ban for no reason

A member of my clan that has almost 800hrs in-game has been banned ( SweetAngelGirl )for no apparent reason, she is trying to reach amazon game studios support and no one helps her, its outraging how fragile are the accounts on the game…

she didn’t do anything wrong or insult anyone, I know her and in the company, there is a rule of 0 toxicity and drama…

Please GM´s or Amazon support, if you really care about your game and your most passionate players, and don’t want them to give up, please fix this… because I’ve been searching for similar reports like this and there is a TON!..

Please keep in mind we are not able to give out any information about bans in forums or support chats since this is managed only by the appeals team, which can only be contacted via the Appeal a Ban website .

Please also remember not to submit multiple appeals as this only delays the process.
