[Important]Cannot type in global chat or trade

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:
    -I have had the account for over 3 days and i cannot trade or type in global chat still.

  • Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please follow the steps here:

  • yes it a bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay:
    -The bug drastically reduces the social interations i can have in this MMO thus ruins my game experience.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
    -no

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
    -i try to type in global chat or initiate a trade with a player and the “your account must be 3 days old etc.”

  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)

  • 11/16/22 - present

Ps- i have already tried to relog and it still has not worked

I’m sorry you’re having this issue with the global chat, in this case the first thing I can suggest you is to run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

After complete the step above:

  • Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
