Describe the issue you are experiencing: Not able to get camp tier 2 after completing both Monarch’s Bluffs and Windsward main story questlines. I did all the quests up to “Seed of Hope”, which I couldn’t get as the NPC that is supposed to give me the quest does not offer it. It is should appear right after completing “The path of Thorns”, but for me and many others it didn’t. I decided to make a new character and level it up to 15 just to check if it is a bug and it clearly is, I was able to get camp tier 2 on the new character by doing the exact same quests, and this time “Seed of Hope” had appeared. This bug is preventing me from getting to camp tier 5 as if I do the other 3 camp quests that level up my camp by one tier, I’ll be stuck with camp tier 4 at lvl 60. My character is currently lvl 46 and is stuck wtih camp tier 1.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I made a new character and leveled it up, doing the exact same main story quests and the quest appeared. I think it this was the case because on my main character I had already reached lvl 30 before trying to get camp tier 2, meaning I had already went through several quest chains with Yonas, and the final quest " Seed of Hope " requires me to go meet him.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Complete the T2 camp quest, place T2 camp right after, log out and come back into game and place a new camp. Camp will be T1 and continue to be T1 on new logins

Same thing happened to me, cannot use tier 2 camps anymore or move on
I am also having this problem with my character, Kyarra. Did the tier 3 camp quest fine, but the tier 2 quest never showed up after doing both main story line quests in Windsward and Monarch Bluffs.
Same thing happened to me, the tier 2 quest never showed up so i did the tier 3 quest and it only went to tier 2 instead of being tier 3
Same issue here on my character Zaraphiston on Nilfheim.
I did all the quests in Monarch’s Bluffs, but did not get a tier 2 camp.
I am not sure if I already completed the quest friends in fashion and did not get a reward, or if I never got the quest to begin with.
I got the quest for tier 3 camp, but I am waiting with doing it untill this is resolved.
Hi all I am stuck at tier one camping with no way to do quests for tier 2. Thing is I have tier 3 quest ‘animal instincts’ in Cutless Keys available. So I am going to try that quest to see if it changes my camping tier from 1 to 3 - I cannot make tier 2 camps!
Same thing! I did “Animal Instincts” but got only tier 2 camping. My character is doomed now because there is no way I can get Tier 5 camping it will be always 4 at max.! Please fix this! @Luxendra @Developer
Same here. SA server. Done tier III to get camp II.
I posted elsewhere that I am not now going to do ‘animal instincts’ unless / until this issue with camping tier is fixed. That also means any new characters I make will also [likely] be stuck on tier 1 camping. This issue may seem trivial to some but the camp tier progression is a big thing for many players. The tier progression seems also to be a big thing for the devs [why have tiers if not?]. Someone needs to fix this now - not six months down the line.
I completed the story and am level 60 with tier one camp and now that the main story progress bugged and reset I cant access the camp progression missions

I’ve been this way over a year and after multiple reports nothing has changed. I am currently camp tier 4 and lvl 60. Last year it was the camp tier 2 quest that bugged, now I have no idea what the problem is. I recently finished the new WW quests and I got a message telling me that I could now get and place a tier 5 camp. When I tried it placed a tier 4.

Why cant they just get rid of the camp tier quests and give us the upgrades in the leveling rewards?!

…the bugs are mainly why I quit playing after over 400 hours last year and I’ve just come back barely 2 days in and bugs like this are happening still …I seen one post where someone said they have been stuck on Tier 4 camp for a year …that’s honestly ridiculous.
I came back to the game after a year and I already encountered this bug. Tier 2 quest was not available for me, so I finished tier 3 and now I’m stuck with the wrong camp tier. And from what I’m reading, I won’t be able to reach max camp level now.
Is this going to be finally fixed?
I have now reached level 58, completed all main story quests up to level 54 requirement, have completed all side quests in the zones that are supposed to give me a camp tier quest and still nothing. Still stuck on Camp Tier 1.
According to the tip in the levelling page, it says “Wilderness Wiseman” or “Seed of Hope”… None of these quests exist in the game for me. Looking at Youtube videos, the NPCs that are supposed to give these quests simply are not there in the game at all.

I am having this same issue on the new fresh start servers now, well past the lv20 MSQ and done Animal Instincts and only T2
