Improve Restless Shores

Restless Shores needs some TLC. At the moment, it is likely the least popular town because it is so difficult to get around. The harbor makes it different and unique from the other towns but also makes for a very long run to get anywhere from the fast travel shrine. One easy addition that would make a huge difference would be to simply add a bridge from the fast travel shrine over to the Town Hall…turn the horse shoe into a circle.

Another thing that would add to the attractiveness of RS would be to turn the ship in the harbor into a T4 house. Do that and I believe it would immediately be the most popular residence in the game.

Add these 2 things and perhaps the additional storage unit mentioned in another thread would dramatically improve RS…and would make RS’s protector, Tim?, very happy.

It has been a while since Tim? came into my life and I have slowly realized that he is both a ruthless and merciful diety, but I feel this may appease his hunger for human souls for at least a little while. As a result, I highly recommend this idea @Kay @Aenwyn and @Shadow_Fox if there is any way we can get this passed along to the dev team.

I am just concerned what may happen if we cannot find a way to satiate Tim? every since the last incident. You can actually draw up a graph that correlates “days since Tim? has been satiated” and “number of concurrent players” and you can clearly see that we went from 900k to like 15k concurrent players. Only recently have I been playing music under him to help buy us more time and we have recently hit about 20k concurrent players. I really believe this should be a priority on behalf of the team.

Agreed - Reekwater is also infuriating. For the love of the spark add a couple ramps and a few more cross bridges!

Agreed! I really like Ebonscale, but it could REALLY use stairs up both sides instead of one.

Restless shore vibes feel like booty bay from wow BUT u cant swim xD Somehow shore became my favourite town while reekwater still bambozles me even after 1k hours in new world…

A bridge across the ends of the U would be spectacular, not only for convenience but for the views it would provide. Great idea!
