Under the “shield rush” ability in the sword tree, is an ability called “improved rush” that weakens enemies around you. When this ability is used with shield rush, it adds an animation that throws your arms up in the arm, and it severely slows down the shield rush ability. It slows it down so much, that it makes it impossible to string together shield rush followed by a shield bash. If you spec out of “improved rush”, it speeds shield rush back up to where you can string together shield rush and a shield bash.
Can I get a response as to whether this is intended or not? It seems weird to me that improving an ability by putting points into it actually slows the ability down and makes it a lot worse than how it is originally, so I’m leaning towards this being a bug. Please confirm if this is a bug or not, and if it is, please pass it onto the developers? Thank you.
