Does this game have any in game moderators?
I am asking this because on my server in particular, there is literally a “gold seller of the day” as it usually takes a full day of them spamming before they get banned until it starts again on a new account the next day. Luckily, we usually have one spamming our channels but I have seen some servers having multiple of them at once. Even if our server mass reports the seller, it takes nearly a full day. I understand you can simply mute them, but for the sake of the game, it’s not healthy to have them spamming our chats all day, every day.
