In-game skin purchase not showing

I purchased a weapon skin on 3/16 and it hasn’t shown up in my skin options hours later. If necessary, I can send the vid of me purchasing it and it disappearing from my options right afterward.

(The below screenshot was sent to me by a friend that had not purchased it yet)

Next screenshots are what shows for me in the store (already unlocked) and how it’s not available in the skin options.

This picture appears to be your Life Staff skin selector. You purchased a Fire Staff skin, does it appear in there?
