Windows 10 21H1 (build 19043.1288). Intel 8700K. 1080 Ti. 16GB RAM. Samsung 950 SSD (500GB). Logitech G933 Artemis headset.

First noticed an error message last night, but my voice chat has not worked since Day 1. Error message was something along the lines of “Failed to join VOIP channel” right after recalling to my house in Everfall.
- What is happening?
In-game voice does not work. Unable to hear or be heard. Sometimes I can see the microphone above other players’ heads when they are speaking, though. Tested with a friend and he cannot see a microphone above my head when I try to speak. Also verified others were actually speaking, as when grouped in expeditions (or outside) my friend can hear the other members speaking and forwards what they say to me via Discord voice chat. My microphone and headset works in everything outside of the game, and the regular game sound works fine.
- Where are you in the process when you run into the trouble? (e.g. When I leave tutorial and enter the world)
Anywhere so long as I try to speak via voice or have someone attempting to speak to me.
- What troubleshooting have you attempted?
I’ve tried each of the output/input settings in the game’s communications menu. Verified everything was set correctly in PC Audio Settings. Set the game and Steam to run as administrator. Attempted forwarding ports UDP: 4380, 27000-27031, 27036; TCP: 27015-27030, 27036-27037 as suggested in another support thread I found in my research.
