With zero response, when we’re requesting that players exploiting camping bugs that trap players and block nodes be looked into or at least provide information on if there’s a fix and if we should be reporting this in game…
There’s more than a handful of threads of your players a.k.a. customers asking why this hasn’t been reviewed since back to March… Simply looking for transparency on it from your team and instead the moderators just delete this and other conversations posted by it’s members?
Very negative opinion of how the staff handles customers inquiries, is starting to form right now.
I’ve purchased almost every single skin and housing item on this game. I’ve purchased Dye’s that I’ve not received or heard back from the AGS team on, and still continue to play and try to see past the issues we’ve had since launch day…
At the very least, making the AGS team aware of issues that are troublesome to players should be looked at with consideration, and AT THE VERY LEAST… a response about them looking into it.
But yea, let’s focus on adding auto-pots. That’s gonna make the in game experience, so much better…
My Friend, this was posted in the bugs forum where it belonged, and was being discussed by other members aswell. Appreciate the lesson though.
Even if it was posted in the wrong area (which it was not) they could have moved it or indicated that it was posted in the wrong place… (which it was not)
This is part of the template when you post a bug report. If this is an exploit - etc. Read a little better and follow the instructions for reporting exploits.
Again… This was posted in the bug report… As they requested… Thanks for your input, but maybe you should take your own advice when telling people to read.
Reading comprehension. It does not request to post exploits on the forum. It specifically requests that you click that link and follow the instructions in the post it leads to. People cannot really be this dense can they?
Let me try to make you understand.
CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
They are aware of this issue, and have replied several times that it is something on their radar already. That’s probably why they are locking them now.
Otherwise, if you did indicate a new type of exploit, they will unlist it like that so no one can see it.
I think the point is that they will close and unlist anything that outlines how to reproduce an exploit. The idea is to NOT give people any ideas because we know they will go out and use those exploits until they get patched out. Better to send these types of things in a DM to one of the CMs and let them deal with it quietly.
To submit bugs, not exploits (exploits being a bug I know, but usually create unfair advantages or griefing) that we DONT want to have become widely known in game, so they get reported quietly via email).
