Inadequate Changes to OP Setups in PvP

PvP is not balanced or fun. Ranged classes are extremely advantaged 85% of the time. Playing melee is a complete nightmare. Time for a break from NW. Hope the devs can fix things. The loadout changes almost feel clunky and unresponsive. Weapon swapping takes about five hits of the one or two key before you swap. I am constantly walking in pvp due to snare or slows from spells or intentional gear weight slowing effects.

Combat is a bunch of rolling players ranging you constantly. I don’t know where pvp is going but not feeling great.

True. PvP is literally 85% ranged. That’s why war rosters are 10 healers, 34 ranged, and then 6 melee. Wait…

yeah pvp is really bad, guess WoW prepatch is out anyway. See ya NW. If I face one more firestaff blasting me with flamethrower I’ll prob delete the game.

It’s borderline stupid to use war as a standpoint on the PVP experience for the general population and you know it. “Why are there 34 melee slotted and not 34 ranged” Because the gamemode is objective based and not a deathmatch That’s why OPR and Arenas are filled with range. You could argue that OPR is also objective based, but tell that to the ranged standing outside of them. Melee takes objectives, range supports. Giving range the ability to take objectives makes Melee useless.

For the other 99% of people who play the game, being in a position where you can’t fight back against groups of people who are popping shots at you from 50+ meters away is super demoralizing. Especially for new players.
