Incinerate and thwarting strikes

oh they took the perk thats not even fair for mages, that was one of the perks that made them worth while and able to stand up to bruiser. I barely play mage but that isnt right they took that.

The perk meant to gain 10 stacks of empower

In combat it was beyond 10 stacks which is not intended

In general i would be fine with being locked in meteor shower casting if the aoe dmg was worth it

But yeah after the fix it’s useless again since it’s already so weak lol

they should’a made it 2% each stack to 20 stacks for a time period after which would be at least decent for one big fireball or incinerate. Would have been on par with explosive arrow then. Its ten second after the explosive arrow hits so same time amount should be given.

Well the bug was actual fix for Current meteor shower lol

Well would take very longtime till AGS improve mage skills in pvp and also improve mage in general for pve

Tho I doubt that will happen since non of the devs even play mage

that’s true, if they did basic math 40% explosive arrow should be matched by meteor shower so you would at least have same chance to hit hard and match damage seems like it should be a simple balance but ags… ;p

Funny how bow explosive arrow deal same or more fire dmg as most of fire staff skills lol

na uuh i hit harder if i throw ignited gem in and rune glasses and atunement with fire on it, i can pen a crowd just the fire side of the bow hitting between 3 and 5k each lol thats not including normal damage, tanks dont count lol

Which make it more funny that fire staff based mainly on fire dmg can’t hit similar to bow single fire skill

the part where someone designed it and said it was balanced, while sharpening there arrow or getting there axe or great sword ready lol

I feel they just buff/nerf or add skills based on how much they enjoy or hate the wep not for players or for balancing

they actually admitted in one of there vid’s they have a server they play on, your probably right.

I think someone said that they admitted that they don’t even play mage or healer (not sure if it true i read that in fourms long ago)

And most of their videos they are playing mainly bruiser and musket/bow

they have one healer i know of it, cant remember name atm starts with a, d lol

its one female in a room of dudes, i know it was a female name and with how ags dose not have gms in game 99% of time it dose not give me hope, they would be smart enough to listen to her lol there might be a few women but you get the analogy

Well most of mmo games have hard time to balance jobs/classes

But AGS main problem is they don’t know how to do it .especially whatever changes they do will effect both pvp and pve

If they only could separate pvp and pve for weps balance things will be easier

yea they have started balancing but they have also changed there team couple times maybe this one will start to get it right more equal balance’s.

Hope so i love to see musket viable but not broken in pvp and viable in pve . Same to bow and mages

Currently musket/bow/mages are barely viable in pve especially mutations

Oh wait musket not even an option in mutations lol

musket needs its blade attached and bullets to be something they can just fire every 20 seconds or so, no matter what as like a extra skill, kinda like hatchet throw but have it still have full melee perks since that was its main ability back when it was made which would make musket viable. They went with musket only shoots which is very far from how versatile it was

Yeah they have ton of things to change to make every weps viable in both pvp and pve
