Queue counter is FALSE, everyone who've I've talked to have mentioned that it shows them in position 1 as well, but the actual queue is a lot larger, thus giving false hope in getting into the server sooner. -

Don't know how long iv'e spent on the login screen, but that's more than 1 person queue if everyone who i'm talking to is in queue. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Log out and log back into the game, then sit in a queue for minutes, maybe even up to an hour is some cases. -

I’m having this problem too…it’s been jumping around between 1 and 6 for a while. Same server.
The queue is comical. I’m number 3….2……1….4……3……1…4…and in an under 1 minute!
Next time……1……(10 minutes later after company members get in before you)……in!
Definatly needs to be fixed, should be an easy fix to show the actual queue # you are. I understand some people have a “reconnect” time frame if disconnected but should still show what # you are in the actual queue not a default #1 as position.

Is everyone from staff literally ignoring this?
This queue positioning is missing like 2 numbers when you waiting in queue.
Instead of 1 it’s more like 100, and instead of 4 it’s like 400.
Is this intentional to make us believe there are less people waiting in queues???
lol if it was intentional it would mean they knew what they are doing. Sadly it’s just a game riddled with basic bugs they can’t figure out how to fix before they introduce 20 more and rinse repeat.
Still no response from “staff” on this?
I couldn’t exit the performance ui and had to restart the game into this random number generator AGS calls a queue system
It’s like a lot of bugs, this has been in the game for several months now and they clearly don’t have a fix and may not even know what’s causing it. SMH
Server Orofena. Yesterday game crashed right at the start of an invasion (another bug yet to be fixed), waited on queue for 40+ minutes, after i got in went for a Tempest mutation only to find out once inside i couldn’t move my character, couldn’t open inventory, couldn’t use equipped weapons. Only keybind that was working was “ESC” so i logged out, verified my files and then sat in queue for another 1+ hour with the same 1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2 numbers on my screen (currently sitting on a queue with same thing happening).
It’s frustating… a clear lack of vision and management from the devs team for not taking into account population size in these last merges, or maybe they were forced to reduce number of servers? Either way if it’s like this now just imagine when Brimstone Sands comes live, welcome back half a day queue times!

Yes also experiencing this issue. I do believe everyone is. It’s slightly comical that a company known for customer service can’t get something as simple as a que countdown right. These are the things that turn people salty to the game. I LOVE this game… but this is triggering AF.
Same issue. It really is amazing how something so simple is taking so long to fix, not to mention not receiving any responses here from the team.
