… to offset that damage buffs that happened almost across the board. At the same that we would finnaly put all the remnants of burst or bust meta to well deserved death imo.
What is the current scaling per point, is it 25hp? For instance (not well thought-out, just an example) increase it by 60% above 100con and 110% after 200 con and then put solid DR on it at 300 con starting from lets say +85% of the current scaling value.
Perhaps it may bring back tanks in PvP but its a long shot since they have other underlying issues as well. Anyway… thoughts?
As a PvE tank I run a 300 str/200 con(self healing, etc) already, even when running m10 it helps to have the extra DPS and grit vs con. The pips for con are really not worth it if you ask me and that is the problem.
I have been told by some of the PvP guys that I run with(sadly the best PvE healers’ that I know are in PvP kit for a min/max, and the better sub m8 DPS run in PvP gear as a melee), that I could do a brusher build(a bit on the tank side but still playable) without having to respec(just an gear swap) my personal issue is that I don’t like PvP and don’t want yet another loadout to keep track of(8 right now and I can think of a few more that I ‘could’ use).
The truth is the game is so gear based that some parts will not be fun. You can PvP in a bad PvP set at 625 and smoke anyone running a 550 who is in BiS that is the truth.
This is actually funny that 300/200 tanking is better than 200/300. Grit is just to good to pass on in the stagger city.
Only in Open World PvP and Wars (not that you will get a slot with that gs anyway). Recent patch made it that all gear below 600gs is scaled up for game modes. That includes OPR, Arena and any other future game modes too.
