Made my own company to have a bank, im not a gold seller just a pve enjoyer. Wouldnt mind a higher gold cap, might actually think about joining an active company if that was the case.

no, we already have excessive inflation on my server because of this, I am in favor of reducing gold in DG’s and making the market and trade a more practical way to earn money, but some changes need to be made to guarantee the rotation of items

why would goldcap going up at all adjust the cost of items?
how? players are already able to hold more than 500k in a company, so how would moving the gold from the company (which only acts as their wallet) to their actual wallet have any effect on the economy?
The gold cap functions to create an artificial inhibitor on the value of items by reducing the potential demand of concentrated currency within the hands of a few players. VERY FEW players are near gold cap so increasing it only servers to make the rich richer. When the rich are richer and the goods themselves are rare - the natural laws of supply and demand function to cause the inflated prices of goods as the rich position themselves to buy the rarest and highly demanded items.
The act of forcing those rich through painful hoops to trade above and beyond the gold cap and the extra risks that come with that server as a deterrent and slow inflation on the goods the richest players are buying.
Most of the people I know who play this game hover in the 50-200k range of liquidity. It’s abnormal to be beyond gold cap.

Bro people have alts sitting in solo company’s with 5mil gold in them.
It’s just annoying to put gold on an alt. Compared to having it in your main. Which wasn’t an issue when company requirements were a thing
Please no! This is only going to make it so the value of items increases and it only benefit the few and the rich. We do not need to make the rich richer.

Sure gold cap increase could benefit you. But it would harm alot to many other. So what is best for this game in generel do you think?
No reason not to. People are already holding 500k+ on alt companies.
Raising the cap wont change the price of crafted gear.
People are already paying 500k + asmo to buy their bis gear.

seems like you have 0 clue how to make gold in NW, legit every endgame player is well beond goldcap just simply stores it in asmo etc

Clearly your good at exaggerating as I have many friends whom are all “end game” players. None of us are gold capped. Maybe because we didn’t get on board with the exploits, maybe because we aren’t part of a company with multiple shell companies, maybe because we didn’t sell shards or participate in dupes - who knows.

The gold cap made sense when this game started. Gold was scare and you had to work to save enough gold just for taxes.
With all the increases in gold generation that AGS has added, it would be nice to have the cap increased.
I would say yes, but with all that dupes…sorry no chances
…with all this bots, sorry no chance…
