Please increase server capacity (even +250 like in Nysa server) or create new server and give free transfer choice to gamers playing on overcrowded servers. Don’t expect from us to always have to pay and transfer to new servers once our current server gets popular. You do not respect current players but also the newcomers, not allowing them to enjoy the game.
theirs servers are so bad in design, there is no fix, thinking its their own game engine, one would guess, they could change the server caps, but not possible, or add DLSS FSR
They need to just open more servers. merging all of them to max pop was the dumbest thing they could have done. I almost can’t even play the game because of how laggy it is
Stop over reacting, the server contractions were too fast. Now you will lose more players because like me they will not sit in queue on weekends to play the game.
And another day, back to queue, so fun, at least fix the damn queue shows always 1st in line. How did you guys managed to brake even the queue counter ???
also it will have an effect again, where people are afraid to log out and stay in all day with occasionally moving their character around so they can play later
Three days in a row that I have queues for the Nysa server.
I already play this game for barely 2 hours per day, and these queues have made me lose 15-20min of actual playtime everytime.
This is getting annoying.
My honest opinion as someone who was on a dead server with under 300 peak players. I’d rather sit in queue for 15 to 30 minutes and be able to do content. Than to instantly log on and spend over 3 hours trying to put together a group to do dungeons and world tours. Just my 2 cents.
Well they merged servers to maximum, no wounder we do not have space left. But please no to server cap increase. Currently the world is too small and server become lagy, farming is not possilble plus theres like 10 people camping one boss. This will not help brimstone expirience. Pls AGS take the right decision this time.
We need new servers and a free transfer again. Also it dungeon should be region-wide this will help players and the specific server.

The 2250 is the cap since last year !
Most EU servers were capped at 2k, with only one exception at 2250. As of a few hours ago, all other EU servers got extended by 10% to 2.2k.
I can just repeat myself, increase server is not the sollution. Playercount per server is already problematic. Merge to 2k was a mistake but you finaly have the servertransfer tool AGS. Make the right decision this time. Cut new a few servers and give free transfer, ppl will move problem solved.
Increasing server capacity isn’t going to be very practical. As mentioned the game engine can’t support more and remain stable. They CAN however add more servers and give people a free transfer. Which WAS done around launch.
I think the most recent server merge was very poorly timed. RIGHT before a new dungeon & event released that brought back more players, and followed by PTR for the new zone and a sale on Steam. Even BEFORE the steam sale we were seeing server ques during prime time. Now you have another 1500 players hanging in the lees waiting to get into the already laggy and bug ridden game that frequently requires relogs to resolve.
less than 20%. you can extrapolate from concurrent player graphs when compared to other games where there’s no point in botting.
We need spillover servers.
