I’ve connected my Twitch account via the instructions on the New World site, and completed and claimed the Twitch drop, but I don’t see the skin available in the game. Am I missing a step somewhere?
Same for me.
Me too
Hello @Bombz @Exo-5 and @jmac ,
Greetings! ![]()
I hope you are doing great, and I welcome you to community! ![]()
I am sorry that the Indigo Flame Skin is not appearing in game.Usually, it can take upto 24 hrs for the drops to reflect in game.
You can try the following steps-
-
Close the game completely.
-
Go to this page: Twitch Drops | New World
-
If linked unlink Twitch and Link again: Make sure the Twitch account is linked.
-
If linked unlink and link Steam again: Log out of Steam first, log back in and connect it to Twitch
-
Once both are linked the third selection will show. Then click “Activate”. You should see a message pop up saying “Success! Your Drop will be available in New World Starting…!”
-
Log in to New World > Find an item you want to use the skin on > Click on the item > Select Skin > Choose the Skin you want.
Points to note:
-
Make sure your Steam account is not linked to another Amazon or Twitch Account.
-
Make sure that it shows both accounts as “Linked” on that page above.
For missing items in game steam integrity check to verify in game files works wonders too, I would recommend doing it after the above steps have been followed.
I hope this helps!
Safe Travels!

Alright, thanks. It looks like there was just a long delay. I logged in again around 24 hours later, and the skin was there.
