Inflation!starmetal ore 1.24coins now!it's time to reduce the companys tax revenue!

I still understand the taxation and territory control in this game better than you do.

The only reason you dislike this system is that it currently benefits people OTHER than you.

There’s a very simple fix if you dislike this system … take the territory. If you’re either unwilling or incapable of that accomplishment, that is not the fault of the game, that’s YOUR fault. Everyone has the same opportunity to accomplish this. If you’re not good enough to do this simple thing, that is not bad system design. It’s you.

You don’t like that it’s your fault, but it doesn’t make it less so.

All right mr taxation genius , explain me how 300 coins paid by player turning into 3000 coin in a company pocket is a good system ?

The greater presence of tolvium and cinnabar means that they are no longer limiting factors in crafting, which means something else will rise as more and more people have access to asmodeuum crafting etc

which is why Orichalcum is exploding in price everywhere as demand goes up.

I do agree with this comment, but the server merges did create a bit of an imbalance here. Companies that owned EF/WW (whichever the dominant one) on the server that was merged into were given a massive windfall, just by being lucky enough to be on the target server. While they did earn that by taking the town (excluding exceptions where exploits were used, in which case they didn’t earn it…), the same can be said about those that held the town on the other servers and they got nothing. Maybe the target server had a marginally higher population than some of the other servers in the merge group, but generally it didn’t seem like much.

In any case, the deck was stacked in the owning company’s favor for sure at that point: 1) defense is easier than offense by design, 2) even in the period of time to declare the war, if it happened instantly, they would have been able to recruit/build alliances heavily by nature of being the owner, and 3) in that same time period they accrued a quick influx of funds to help equip their members with the best gear. I’m curious on how many servers the owner has changed since the merge happened. This was even worse on servers where post-merge the owning faction was by far the highest population, which means there is very little competition until everyone starts changing faction to build enough momentum. That takes time, meanwhile the owner made massive bank and had ample time to fortify their position with full upgrades and being able to trivially equip their members.

Would love to see future merges all merge into a fresh server (with advanced crafting stations) or some other system to basically strip away any innate advantage the surviving server companies have and put everyone on equal footing.

I’m sure you are the only player who has coin or who owns a zone that impacts games on any server.

Sethphir recently posted a vid on YT that counters what you’re saying and he also owns WW or EV on his server.

I’m on Valhalla and am aware of what is going on in one of the larger servers. I’m sure your experience is true for yourself, but take a minute to think about the thousands of other players impacting the markets. They don’t all play like you.

I could easily swipe my credit card and buy a BiS item if I were inclined to for gold cap and that would have an impact on the economy. It’s done every day many times per day.

That’s not exactly true. The gear scaling advantage wealthy companies have does not promote a competitive atmosphere. It’s why the devs belatedly changed the markets to try and promote more wealth flow to the other settlements. It was ineffective as it happened too late.

Tolvium is 10g on my server. Orichalcum is 25g. Wonder when people will figure out that you can use tolvium to level.

And smelt the items for Orichalcum bars.

SHHHHHHH

stop givin away secrets!

youre totally missing the point, this didnt happen over night. the market is shaped the way it is because people plucked the strings to do so, you think that BiS item is up there for an reason other than the fact that noone in guild needs it? bro were BiS, now we reap all the money we spent on mats back from the players we bought it from.

youre actually clueless

town makes millions early in game, we buy all the mats, we make ourselves bis, we control the cost of trophy items and rare materials from the get go, once our company is bis we start selling our gear we continue to craft for huge money, we still control the price of everything. we have more money than we know what to do with, controlling the market is a side game some of us enjoy now. you see all those guilds with 1 player? yeah. those all gold capped guild banks =D

youre…literally clueless, those bots dont even hold a candle to the flame that is our wealth.

I’m assuming since you replied to me your challenging my 20-40k a week? If so I didn’t mean that I generate raw gold at that rate your right I generate close to 1k a day.

I make money trading buy/sell orders. This market is so easy to make money on I don’t need to farm. I’m at 250k gold with probably 200k in assets and almost all trade skills at 200. I have received no gold from any guild or taxes it’s all generated by playing and trading.

Been doing that since the price cross occured. But I do it with buy orders 1/2 the cost.

Congrats, but what you’re explaining is very basic and goes without being said…everyone knows this who plays on the large competitive servers. It’s been part of the problem in the game the devs screwed up and acknowledged.

You act like this is some relavation to us. We’ve known this since the first week the game launched and Epherium took control of EV/WW on Valhalla.

Take care, tired of your inebriated clowning.

I agree with you. It’s a flawed system which will be changed soon.

Based on interviews with developers, I expect that change will be in February at least

my serve is already dead lol

Your demand is from position someone filled with hatred and jealous to people good enough to capture town.
