This is happening in US-East Ohonoo server with the Brightwood territory, that’s been claimed by the same Company, “Tooki Tooki Federation” on both separate occurrences.
Last week, our company with the help of allied Marauders came together to push influence in Brightwood and managed to get to 100% influence after HOURS of PvP quests, considering the amount of territories already claimed by our faction. An upcoming invasion was scheduled for the next day, and to our surprise the influence was mysteriously reset to 0% the morning of the invasion.
Yesterday, the greens came together again and decided to push one more time, with a group of over 40 people running nothing but PvP quests for 3 hours. At 1:21AM EST, we managed to finally get the influence to 100%, for the second time in a week, screenshot attached showing the influence as well as surrounding towns influence at this time. This morning, at 11:14AM EST, again with the upcoming invasion taking place today (Dec 22nd 2021), influence is reset to 0%, ONLY IN BRIGHTWOOD. Every other territory’s influence, including the towns with the same “Upcoming Invasion”, on the same day, managed to retain the amount of influence pushed, as shown in the screenshots (i.e Weaver’s Fen).
Is it a bug? That’s happened twice in a row exclusive to Brightwood when influence was at 100%, claimed by the same Company whilst other territories were unaffected, highly unlikely. We’re well aware of the name change exploit and considering the amount of hours that have passed between screenshots, it’s certainly possibly the name was changed on multiple occasions.
This exploit has completely wasted hours of our time pushing a territory on two separate occasions, only to have it reset like nothing happened the following day. We attempted to recover from the first bizarre incident, only to have it happened again less than a week later? This is what kills a game, as if the grind wasn’t time consuming enough, we spend hours working towards a goal, only to have it mean nothing the following day, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS.
I completely expect this game-breaking issue to be addressed and the repercussions for the parties involved, otherwise, our time grinding is better spent on a game that rewards the effort.
