Info about Maintenance...downtime

Hei hei…Im new here and i just want to know where i can see the downtime about everytime is maintenance. i like to see something where i can access everytime when is maintenance, to see downtime! Thank u :slight_smile: ! (My english is not verry well, soo…sorry)

Here let me help you because my issue is related. I understand your server status page and that is great but what is also needed is a link to documentation to indicate whether or not this is normal maintenance, an issue that has emerged, etc. and I approximate time until corrected. This has been a problem since the beginning. This is nothing new and every online game must deal with it please do not be that company that does not want to take the 2 minutes to make it easier on your customers.

It would be useful if they did so so that the time for maintenance appears in the lobby. I’m not saying it badly

I recommend adding some Twitter notification to your discord server you hang out most of the time, that’s what I have and I must say it’s very convenient for us to browse through twitter posts on discord.

First check the latest news and updates on the website to get the estimated time. Next you can check these two websites, and I prefer the first here since it will show the player queue if you need to see that:

Can you explain to me how to do this? I run a discord server but I’m not sure how to do this. Would be much appreciated <3

I’m pretty sure it’s against ToS to post links, but you can just search for Twitter BOT for discord, or look for New World Bot (sometimes it’s laggy tho)
