Are there any calculators for figuring out the percentages of perks when crafting items? Specifically, I want to know which perks would be the least likely to roll so that I could force those perks and hope for the others.
Yes.
nw.db shows you the perk likelyhood if you lookup the recipes.
There is also a crafting calculator that tells you the exact odds of a certain perk combination but cant find it atm.
