however if you can confirm with them and proof that you were not doing anything who goes against the policies, then they will have a solid proof and help you.
Hello there.
I’m unsure if I’m reading this correctly, I hope I’m not.
But are you saying the burden of proof is on the person that is being suddenly banned, potentially incorrectly?
I would have thought it would be on the company to present them with any proof of their banning be it system messages or anything?
Because if that’s the case, that’s a bit sinister dont you think?
Im really hoping I have completely misunderstood but could this process please be explained in detail.
My words were more oriented in the fact that, If you were creating 10+ accounts, in a short period of time, skipping the tutorial, and showing behavior a lot like how gold spammers operate you were likely tagged by that software.
So we can say that the account more likely met the same behavioral criteria as many gold spammers. You will need to work with our support team to show that you are a legit player.
And with that being said, that’s why my suggestion was to contact our support and appeal the ban.
I hope this information works and we clarified the situation. Have a great weekend!
