ho bisogno di una info, ho comprato una seconda casa piccola da 5k come punto di appoggio, oggi ho visto che una altra casa che ieri non mi dava come accessibile ora invece lo è (stesso prezzo). Se faccio la restituzione della attuale mi rifonda i 5k?
