Infused Silk Robe Looks Like Rags

I recently reached 60 and was looking forward to crafting my first level 60 light armor pieces.

Having crafted Sateen Robe and Silk Robe pre-60, I was excited to sport the 553 GS robe that I crafted myself with help from no one, and just 500 Expertise (I could buy all 600 GS gear, but I want the satisfaction of crafting it myself when the time comes).

So I craft my level 60 Infused Silk Robe and what do I get? Rags! Literally torn, worn out rags! WTF?? Who designed this thing, and why?
