I have connected New World and Twitch but Ingame it shows me I didn’t do it. When I click on button “Connect Twitch Account” It cheanges it’s icon to loading one but nothing changes. I checked this topic: Unable to connect twitch account - Game Support / English Support - New World Forums but nothing changed in my case.

Sorry to know you’re having this error when you are pressing the button and nothing changes, I know how frustrating this is.
When you have a chance would you mind trying the following steps:
- Close the game completely.
- Go to this page: Twitch Drops | New World
- If the accounts are linked, unlink them and link them again
- Once both are linked the third selection will show. Then click “Activate”. The player should see a message pop up saying “Success! Your Drop will be available in New World Starting…!”
- Log in to New World.
- Make sure your Steam account is not linked to another Amazon or Twitch Account.
- Make sure that it shows both accounts as “Linked” on that page above.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
