I would guess server is under maintenance. But that’s just a wild guess.

I’m really sorry for the delayed response. Usually, this error message means that the world/server you are trying to enter is currently under maintenance by our team.

Server downtime is announced through our Official News section on the forums.

You should have been able to log in as soon as maintenance was done, if the issue persisted let us know so we can look further into the problem.
