Insane lag in EU Central Vanahiem Core

Unplayable in Corbinec with the ‘Lag Detected’ message constantly displayed. i restarted and relogged several times. its not on my end.

I hope you are doing well!

I understand your issue, is it possible that you try the following troubleshooting:

1. Disable ipv6 in network adapter:

• From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
• Select Network and Internet.
• In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
• When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
• Select Properties. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
• Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
• Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter. Try launching the game again.
• A PC restart may be necessary.

2. Verify the integrity of game files

• Go to your steam library.
• Right click New World and hit properties.
• Go to local files tab and hit the “Verify integrity of …” button.

Hopefully this helps, if you still get the same error after this troubleshooting let me know.

the character called LeonardoCS7 created on the 28th september has never used a token. i have made multiple 2nd accounts that have used tokens

here for example okita sougo has used its token to transfer. this was done to find suitable worlds to transfer to. ive done it 3 other times so i could research 6 different world to find a suitable world to transfer my main account (lvl 60 LeonardoCS7)

now that ive found Muspelheim as aworld i want to transfer to, i will delete ‘lvl 7 Okita Sougo’ so i can transfer my main account. but in process of all the second account tokens ive used to cover 6 worlds, the token has also disappeared from my main account (LeonardoCS7)

today Corbinec where LeonardoCS7 is set to be merged. however Corbinec is german and i dont speak german so the merge still doesnt help my situation of playing this game with other people. ive been want to transfer for weeks.

can you still make this happen

ive been making arrangements and agreed to join a company in Muspelheim once im able to transfer to Muspelheim.

i have spent a lot of time on this game and want to do more endgame content however as we both know its not possible solo and i cant communicate on my world of corbinec. seeing how this has impacted me before the very first sever merge of New World even happened can you still help transfer so i can access the endgame content

Ok I understand since it’s a long post I’m going to try to answer it bit by bit.

First of all, the developers only gave 1 free token per account meaning only one character could have transfered per account, so I don’t understand how Okita Sougo has transfered multiple times.

Second of all, if Okita Sougo has used the transfer token that means that LeonardoCS7 can’t use the token since Okita Sougo used it first.

Finally, there is nothing I can do to transfer your account, I understand this is frustrating to a certain extend, but we would have to wait for the developers to either give out another round of free tokens or for them to put an option to pay for them.
