Describe the issue you are experiencing: When you upgrade Instrumentality’s Ring with umbral shards, it is not transformed into a legendary item, as for the rest of Named Items.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It is really unfair, because upgrading the item to GS 600 costs a lot of shards and you don’t get the third perk, as you should.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I had Instrumentality’s Ring with GS 597. I upgrade it by using umbral shards to GS 610, and it didn’t turn into a legendary item, so I don’t have the extra perk
