Introduction of wall at spawn point at OPRs is a bad decision imo

The wall is a good idea for people to spawn and group up and walk out. The problem is, you have to press your E button to get out like you do at warcamps/forts in wars.

The issue lies where if a side is winning, they can literally group up right in front of spawn and just burst down people one at a time as they get out.

It would have been much better to provide a 8 second immunity to damage when players spawn or allow it to where they can just directly leave out of the wall instead of having to press the wall.

good idea

yea, i think this will balance it out cause people have lag between decisions in servers. Adding a button to exit out makes it worst for players who wanna group up but gets single filed mirked tbh.

Do were really need to reinvent the wheel? Instanced PvP has been around for twenty years.

DAoC had persistent instanced battlegrounds that were very popular. Do any of these and we will never have to talk about this again.

  • Add NPCs that one shot anyone that comes within x meters. DAoC had zero base camping because of this.
  • Add multiple entrances.
  • Add one-way terrain ( height difference drop down, hill, etc).
  • Add immunity.

DAOC was awesome for PvP content, but not out of the gate. They had plenty of issues as well. But your recommendations are solid.
