  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of Steel
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: If you are in a group, you are unable to accept an invitation to an invasion.
  • Is this a bug? Yes
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It gets you automatically kicked from invasions when you are in a group.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: There are a couple of issues recovering from the issue. When you “accept”, you get kicked from the roster. In the bigger servers, like Castle of Steel, it is unlikely you will get slotted back in. It is impossible to leave the group once you have accepted a bugged invasion invitation, as the second video below will show.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  1. Sign up for an invasion
  2. Join a group before the invasion will pull.
  3. Attempt to join the invasion after being automatically pulled and being in a normal group.
  4. Get immediately kicked and unable to leave your group without being invited to another group by another user.
  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) 09/14/2022 10:45:55 pm EST

Just as an FYI, this has been happening for a couple of weeks, but I haven’t seen a forum post yet. I can guarantee I was not manually kicked from this invasion. Happy to provide logs or anything else required.

I also had issues with being in a group after completing an expedition using a group finder. It removes me from the roster after attempting to leave the current group before accepting the invite to the invasion.

Testing out with a couple of invasions recently, the group kick bug appears to have been solved! I will do more testing in a couple of days to confirm.

Edit: this is actually very hard to confirm. I’ve heard some reports that this is not fixed.
