Inventory: Allow user-defined armor sets (harvesting, combat, ...)

Often I want to switch between my mining, harvesting and combat armor set.
E.g. I am out for a harvesting run and come along a nice mining spot. Now I would like to easily switch to my mining armor pieces before I start mining a couple of nodes. And afterwards I want to quickly switch back to my harvesting armor set.
Then I stumble upon a corruption portal an want to close it. So I need to switch to my combat armor pieces.

It becomes even more difficult, as the armor and jewel pieces are not so easily identified by the icon in the inventory. Often I have to check the tooltip to be sure, to switch to the correct piece.

Best idea I heard in the forum was to have an armor stand in a home where you can equip the different luck sets and they give the various %luck bonuses in the open world.

Second best idea I heard was to scrap the “+% magic find” items because such system is junk in the first place.

I would agree with both - the first one is nicer for us players and would give more depth.
But I’ve admit that for pve group content I’ve only one stat I wear: +% luck. And that’s garbage.

Your idea would improve this bad system but wouldn’t really solve the biggest issue here. It’s maybe easier to just remove the different %luck perks.

I really <3 the armor stand idea because that scales to the +profession gear as well. It really sucks that you’ve to wear a profession set to get the maximum out. Who the hell thought that this is fun for players?
