If you have a temporary ban right now, it’s likely related to this.

Hmm… another post that appeared that to be related to this had the reason as “Cheating” and it was permanent… maybe something separate is going on here?
For trade duping, it looks like permanent. For stacking trophies it looks temporary. But it’s also possible you bought something that was duped, which they will temp lock to remove said items. At least, they have in the past.
When it says “Your account is temporarily locked” as a reason code, it means they are investigating your account. But you might not have directly done something wrong.

it is just strange.
on that day i recieved the 7h bann till 24.09
then 7 days after the 7h ended till 01.10.
then another 6 days till 07.10.
and now the next one after being able to play for 5 hrs ( transfered server, because i only had that issue on Tartarus, never before on Evonium or Aaru… )
next temporar Ban till 15.10.
everytime u get the answer the Ban was merited, u gotta proof that U are innocent…

In Germany u are innocent until they proof u did something wrong, which totally makes sense, since they denounce that u did something wrong…
I mean how can i avoid this ?
I was able to play normally from 07.21 ( beta aswell ) 06.22 without any Ban and in total i had 7 temporar Bans allready… wtf?
