I purchased the Winter Warrior’s Helm from the Winter Convergence Store, but the item is not in my helmet skin list. My premium tokens are also missing, so clearly the transaction went through. Am I dumb and its supposed to be somewhere else? Or did I really just did get unlucky and it bugged out and it didn’t give me the skin. Castle of Steel btw, has anyone else had this issue?
Just to double check, you are looking in the “Change Skin” area for your helmet? Have you tried relogging yet? Does it show as “Purchased” after a relog?
If it isn’t there, you’ll need to contact support to try and get this resolved.
Yes, I have checked Change Skin, and I have relogged already, but it doesn’t show as purchased, so I guess I’ll ask AGS support.

Did you get the notification “twitch drop received” or something like that after buying it? If you did then you should have the item
