Is AGS ever going to acknowledge the shield nerf?

I have yet to see any acknowledgement of the massive downgrade made to all existing shields with the update. Are you ever going to acknowledge how badly you screwed up with this?

Most shields lost several perks, downgrading their rarity and making them worthless. Nothing in the patch notes reflects this, so I can only assume someone completely broke the shield data. The lack of acknowledgement or any posts about making this right for the players who got screwed by it, despite several reports, makes me think AGS just wants to ignore it.

What Amazon needs to do, since it’s now far too late to back out the update:

  1. Make a formal post acknowledging the issue
  2. Apologize for screwing up so badly
  3. Tell us what you’re going to do to make up for this
