I see people who use it are not banned.if there is no ban, let’s use it too then prices increase there are no players in the game bring random spawns to farming materials Can’t you solve a problem in one year?
Why do you think they can solve a problem that exist since 20 years in most every MMO?

There are bot bans, lots of bans. Probably well over the 10k number right now. But its like playing whack-a-mole, when one ban wave hits, the botters change them up to avoid detection. AFAIK, there are no in game AGS GM’s that go around and hunt bots, its all done using algorithms on the server.
Lets be real, I doubt a GM will make a big difference in the ban numbers.

We’ve been working hard on identifying bots and have banned over 9000 since launch.
