I have a level 49 character and have completed all the MSQs up to (but not including) The Heart of the Tempest. The Strider of the Sands quest is not available anywhere as I have looked in Ebonscale Reach, Great Cleave and Shattered Mountain. I looked in all three places as the character has no faction so I checked the places where each faction should collect the quest.
Hmm I’m actually not sure, I thought it was a level 60 area but that’s more of an assumption. Maybe NWDB has the quest and you can see if there are prereqs?
Level 60 is a hard requirement to get in.

Yes, I know it is a level 60 area, I already have 4 level 60 characters that have completed all the quests in Brimstone Sands but was just curious if I could get my level 49 in there.
I see from @JakeL link that level 60 seems to be a prerequisite of the Strider in the Sands quest or accessing Brimstone Sands itself so it looks like I will have to level up a bit first

This has already been solved. I cannot get into Brimstone Sands below level 60 and I know about how to get in there as I have 4 level 60 characters that have completed all the quests in Brimstone Sands.
