Support said the only way to lift ban for Browsing higher population servers to transfer to (they assumed I was botting due to quickly reviewing the map and then deleting the character) was to talk with a mod.

Unfortunately, the Forum is not for appeals and we cannot remove, check or talk about a ban. You have to submit the appeal and wait for the answer.

Okay, will do. Just wondering, will submitting an appeal elevate the issue to a Mod? I’m not trying to make the appeal here. Trying to understand how to talk with Mod. The support team said that was the next step but we’re unable to provide information on how to contact a mod.
Also trying to bring attention to this issue because others are experiencing it as well. There are many posts on Reddit about it
I understand your point @PlayerPotion, The appeal team doesn’t have live support, so there is not option to talk with them.
I cannot keep talking about appeals or bans because we don’t handle that here, but if you have a friend or you have ban, you will have to appeal the ban and wait.
