Its a half hour past the 2 hours now. I know some things go OT, but when trying to launch I get a little window that says “Ready to Launch”, but the play game button is greyed out.

No, it went down 12:30 pacific. 2 hours would put it at 2:30 pacific and its now 3. Its ok if its still down for everyone. But I just want to check because the window says its ready so theres some uncertainty.
edit: now I see downloading: 0%. Is it not ready, or do I need to tweek my something something to not block NW downloads? Ive done virusscanner exclusions for other programs before, but I dont see what file Id need to exclude for NW. This is NA west btw.
edit2: after rebooting modem, router and computer - steam stopped loading. Wow. Would not load if I clicked NW, or if I tried to just load the steam app. So uninstall steam, reboot, reinstall steam, and finally… reinstalling NW. Wish me luck.
