Looking to level FS next and wondering if medium FS is a thing DPS wise?
Medium armor is really strong as a whole.
Medium mages in particular happen to be a bit annoying in 1v1s. For example medium FS/IG is very oppersive in duels and has it’s uses in Arena and OPR as well. Medium IG/VGs are mandatory dps supports in Wars and it’s a very strong build pretty much anywhere in PvP.

I assume PvE wise just change to light setup and go?
I am not a PvEr but I am guessing yes.

Its medium armor. Mages don’t play it couse its borring. But medium mage is way stronger than light armor mage. Reason is medium armor is best armor class in game. You get tons of more survability and cost is like few % less dmg and small drop on mobility. Medium always was best armor class.
Yes but there is a secret downside you will be called very bad words and hated by many people in the community.
Medium FS mage is probably one of the best 1v1 builds in the game. The biggest contender vs that is Medium Bow / Spear probably.
