I believe I read somewhere that this was something they wanted to provide, but I imagine the legalities are something they will have to navigate. There are different laws everywhere from a business point of view and unfortunately, that means being patient and hope for the best. I do not think that this has anything to do with being racist, just like I imagine eastern game companies that do not get localized in English do not do this because of racial reasons either.

But to give you an answer you could have Googled. Asian governments have huge restrictions on the game market in their countries. Here is a link to an article regarding China. (One of the countries you mentioned)
They may have already applied and are waiting for approval. But quiet literally belittling every other race because your mad about this is kind of turning the tables on yourself. And quiet honestly not at all a good approach on the situation.

This article just shows how difficult it is to enter Chinese games, but in fact, there are many ways to get around, such as adding Chinese (traditional characters), such as opening in neighboring Asian countries Asian servers, Asia is not only China, there are many other countries that can build Asian servers, I think, by doing so, at least we Asian players can see hope and see the motivation to continue playing.
I was only giving one reason to the one language you mentioned. But indeed each governing country has their own rules and regulations. But china definitely has the biggest hold in the Asia market. As bad translations or remaking entire game models to appeal to the regulations is alot of work and is high risk.
I do think they will when they can meet the regulations of these, which is much harder then places like US and EU.
I know things can be frustrating at times, but handling situations ethically and sensical would be a better approach to voicing what I’m sure many people want.
I’m Asian, I don’t share your point of view at all, it sucks that Asian don’t have their own server, but don’t assume every Asian share your same point of view. I read through this and I felt nothing but BS.
As an Asian, from my own experience, yes, you run into a whole lot more cheaters and hackers in Asia than literally anywhere else. The Westerners might be the developers (where do you even get this fact), but the Asians are the users.
I don’t understand your point here, why is not having an Asian server in any way discriminating against Asians? The game allows you to play does it not? If we’re going off-topic here, I play other games and Chinese-speaking Asians always speak Chinese instead of a more global language like English, is this also discrimination against other non-Chinese speakers? (Using your logic of course)
At the time of this post, you can go to their server status to look at the player count, and by the look of it, AP servers are nowhere near US and EU players. PUBG is a completely different genre and is one of the games that are popular for the Chinese.
I don’t know about your server, but I haven’t found a single Asian who complained about being discriminated against, my company is Japanese, my servers are full of Asians. I really don’t know what you’re talking about.
“Increase Chinese”??? Nothing is stopping you from creating your own Chinese company in this game if you truly wish, I don’t see any laws stopping Chinese players from playing, it’s just you who are stopping yourself. Not trying to add politics into this game but we all know about China

You forgot to write down statistics about number of cheaters on both sides. I dont say non-Asian players are saint and dont cheat. All I want is to see comparison between number of cheaters. Thats all.
Hopefully this is just some teenage kid who thinks Amazon doesn’t want money from the Asia market because of racism. Their wallet doesn’t discriminate against cash. It’s quite clear there are business/technical/logistical constraints as to why they haven’t pushed the game in this region.
what is happening isn’t racism, it’s geo-locking, which is done for a variety of reasons. do i think SEA should be locked out of a game with a lack of servers? no… have they given a reason?
