Right now umbral shards can only be farmed efficiently through M10 dungeons and that is like asking a hardcore PVP player to play PVE which makes them irritated and eventually the game ends up losing players. Please make it so that PVP activities reward sufficient umbral shards that players are not forced to play PVE. I’m not a PVP expert but If you can think of something better please suggest below.
No Limit on dungeons per day or per week.
This is for casual PVE players like me. Why is there a limit on the number of mutations you can do per week. What it does is just makes the game more toxic and less fun. People don’t want to waste their run so they always ask for players with BIS gear, full ward and bane weapons or a specific weapon combination. Not all people have full ward sets and bane weapons and by doing this you are just making casual players just quit the game since they can’t really do much about it. Please remove the limit and let players enjoy the game.
Allthought i’m Not a PvP Player i fully Support your First Point as there should be an effective way to get Umbrals from PvP.
For the Second Point i would rather suggest to Cap the amount of Umbrals one could gain a week IF (big IF) the Idea behind limiting it has been to regulate the amount of Umbrals available.
If the Cap would be on the rewards instead of the Content it could lead to more Players being available for said Content, at least those who like to play the Content for the sake of Entertainment and comradery.
It’s not sexy but gypsum is a good way to do it. I’ve boosted 8 items to 625 (I dont even use them all)
Everyday I make 8 gypsum casts of those items and get 3200 umbral shards.
As long as I keep the gypsum supply flowing: Daily Faction Buy, Diamond Gyp, Topaz GYP and a couple obsidians, and the aptitute gyp - and if I’m really forced to vomit OPR. it’s a decent source.
But to answer you question, this game is CERTAINLY NOT for everyone. Most assuredly not. You heal, DPS(range), or tank. If you enjoy company/guilds and have considerable grinding time available and you fit into the three types then YES, otherwise if you are solo/casual absolutly not, wrong game.
