Is retrieving expired orders a thing?

As I’m still stuck waiting to be able to transfer because of the trading post bug I went to file a ticket and saw this. As far as I understand the game when you cancel a trade or the sell ends it puts it into your storage or on your person along with any money from buy orders that expired. When you go to the completed tab all it does is take me to the sell/buy order screen when I click the old canceled item with no mention of retrieve that I can find. Am I missing something? Is there a game mechanic I don’t know of or is this info from the help page erroneous? I’ve been to each and every town to see if anything was up but sill sitting at 0 sell or buy orders

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. Someone from amazon’s techincal writing dept probably wrote that. or perhaps devs thought there was a button for retrieving expired orders? and that is why no one can transfer. imagine, lol

Just ran into this. WELL PUT!! Thank you for taking time to construct this post. Are we supposed to be doing something more? I have not been able to play all weekend (I play the market, for crying outloud!!) waiting to be able to transfer. /vent

i’m in the same boat. I’ve been able to repost 1 of my expired orders (and then cancel it, which is really awkward), but it tells me I don’t have enough money for any of the others (when I clearly do by what’s shown on the screen). No idea how to get to the point I can transfer.
