I see a lot of people out here spawn killing the boss on Valhalla. I have screenshots of people killing Thorpe. Would this count as a bannable offense? Or is it okay for now?

You don’t know that to be true. The devs have not explicitly confirmed nor denied it as an exploit. As previous experiences would indicate (chain farming end dungeon bosses for hours on end is an example), they can decide at any point what you are doing is exploitave, and hand out short (usually 24 hr) bans.
My opinion is that area was specifically intended to be off limits, because of the difficulty involved in getting into there in the first place. I could be wrong, but I’m personally erring on the side of caution and not camping thorpe at all. I could also be completely wrong, and it was an intended mechanic, that the devs wanted skilled players to be able to get to/kill. Until they comment, we just don’t know.

These people will likely only get a 24hrs timeout, just like all the times before … One of the mass dupers on our server got a 24hrs timeout, he still sells about 10-20 voidbent armorsets a day.
